其实这背后有一个不为人知的感人的故事
在美国的一个小城市叫天台城，有个15岁的姑娘辍学了，无依靠的非常可怜。后来一家餐厅的老板收留了她，这家餐厅的老板叫金·斯诺，他让孩子在店里玩耍，每天只做很少的工作，只是给留下这个孩子一个理由罢了。
然而这件事却违反了法律，大家都知道美国对法律非常看重，所以金雪诺即便是好心也仍然被起诉非法雇佣童工并最终败诉被处以罚款。
美国最高院首席大法官John Glover Roberts Jr在宣判之后说了这样一段话，
As a judge, I must defend the fairness and justice of the law.
So I made this verdict.
As a father, I admire the defendant's heroic behavior.
So I want to say thank you for defending the goodness of human nature.
As an American, I can't let this country always punish good people.
So I decided to change this law at all costs from today until I die.

后来金·斯诺的店被人恶意举报有食品安全问题，美国群众说
