特朗普拟将英语定为美国官方语言，为何之前几百年都没统一语言？除了英语美国人还说什么语？

这个命令不会违背了第一宪法修正案关于国会禁止颁布违背言论自由和出版自由的法律的表述.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
