据媒体报道,今年以来共有美国、英国、法国、加拿大、日本、澳大利亚、新西兰、越南等八国海军舰艇12次过航台湾海峡

过航”的动作本身有“善意”、“中立”、“恶意”之分

正常的逻辑是:

越南军舰进得了领海、靠得了码头,那为什么单单就过不了台湾海峡呢?

提问中用到了“居然也敢”、“谁给他的胆”的词汇,显然带有情绪偏激

答案显而易见——军事外交活动的最终决定权在中央军委

不知题主的这种不满针对的是具体哪一方
